We typically process orders to US addresses within 24 hours, and we will send you an e-mail with tracking details. As soon as you get the tracking e-mail, check your mailing address for accuracy. We get incorrect mailing addresses with surprising frequency. If you catch the mistake quickly, we can usually make the needed corrections before your order is delivered to the post office or picked up by UPS.
